Frequently Asked Questions

All orders will take up to 1-9 business days of processing time for packaging (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) before they are shipped as all of our products are handmade to order.

Our processing times and delivery times may differ. Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare, produce and pack the order ready for shipment on our end. Delivery time is the time it takes for the delivery company to ship the order once handed off. Processing times and delivery times may vary, depending on busy periods.

Once dispatched and handed off to our courier, UK shipping will take approximately between 2-7 days to arrive. International shipping will normally take approximately 14-30 days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to control the prices for international shipping - this is controlled by the shipping companies available to us. We're always looking for the best shipping deals in order to provide our international clients with better prices and will update them whenever we can.

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary country-to-country and customs fees may apply for international orders. Customs fees are the responsibility of the seller to pay and we cannot control how much customs fees will be country-to-country.

We can only offer refunds on orders that have not yet shipped. Once handed off to the courier and shipped, we will have paid for both the shipping and the order is no longer in our possession to control.

If you wish to cancel an order, please be sure to put in a request with us before it is shipped.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons and the perishable nature of slime.

Our current processing time (the time to produce and package an order) is approximately 1-9 days. We regularly produce slimes made-to-order in order to keep them fresh and in condition. We are doing our best to shorten our processing time, but are limited as a small business in resources. If your order seems to be taking too long or something seems to be wrong, please contact us for assistance.

We can only modify existing orders if they have not yet shipped. If you do wish to modify an order, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible before the order has shipped. If it is pre-shipping, we will be more than happy to assist with this.

Please contact us at info@squishysquashyslimes.com (and include photos in the case of damaged items) within three days of recieving your order. We will work with you to replace or refund part of your order.

Slime can be enjoyed by people of all ages. However, due to the nature of the ingredients and small choking hazards, we do not recommend slime for children under the age of 3.

We recommend adult supervision for children aged 3-7 due to the messy nature of slime. Please ensure hands are washed after playing.
A well-cared for slime can last months or even years. Slime doesn't necessarily go bad, however it does shrink over time. It also tends to melt down to its natural glue state when left untouched for a while - this can easily be fixed by adding a few drops of activator. Slime will likely need to be touched up at least a couple of times a month to keep it in good standing (you can choose to do this whenever you notice it is starting to melt down).

Slime doesn't need as much maintenance as some may think. With proper care tips, it can be quite easy. Please see our slime care page for more information.

Due to the perishable nature of slime, as well as for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns.

We cannot exchange slimes due to hygiene reasons. However, if an order has not yet been shipped then we will be able to swap pieces of your order for other in-stock slimes. Please contact us at info@squishysquashyslimes.com to arrange this.
